The Basic Canine Boarding Program consists of two meals (all dogs are fed via the instruction of the owner) and three walks a day, where the dog is normally allowed to roam a secured area freely under the supervision of a Kennel Technician. The duration of the walks are predominately decided by the dog and the Technician's discretion, if it is too hot outside or occasionally too cold as some more fragile dogs are more sensitive to weather conditions.
PlayTime can be added to the program to assure that your dog will receive more time outside on top of the three walks a day.
The Feline Boarding Program consists of two meals a day (All cats are fed via owner's instructions) and two habitation cleanings a day. A habitation will be prepared for each boarder with our plush beddings and litter boxes.
After-hours pick-up on Saturdays and Sundays is available per request.
- Elida - As our most senior Kennel Technician, Elida spearheads the boarding program here at RAAH. She cares for each boarder as if they were her own dog or cat. She keeps a careful eye and will be sure that her counterparts do the same. She is always happy to give feedback on how your pet did and will occasionally make suggestions what might improve the pet's well being.
